ABOUT ME
Aloha kakou! My name is Zion David-Ravey and I am a freshman at Moanalua High School. During my 14 years of existence, I have realized that not everything will turn out perfectly the first time, or the first time you try something. I have been involved in many sports such as swimming, soccer, volleyball, and paddling. From these sports, I have learned that no one really starts out to be the best. It takes practice, dedication, and perseverance. This relates to media because when a picture or video does not turn out the way you want it, all you have to do is take another shot. Until you get that perfect shot, you keep attempting.

WHAT I EXPECT TO LEARN FROM MeneMAC
Besides recording videos, and editing them later, I feel like I would learn a lot more from this class. Along with learning many video and editing skills, I think I would learn a lot of life skills that could help me during and after high school. Some of these skills could include time management, working under-pressure, team-work, communication, etc. I also feel like this is the class that can teach me a lot more than a regular classroom can. I expect to be working in groups a lot, because working as a community is very important in and out of school. I also expect to be challenged a lot this year. Overall, I think I would learn a lot from this class and I would also improve on taking clips and making videos from them.
